Kendall Higgs Selected For ECNL National ID Camp

Boca United Kendall Higgs has been selected to attend the upcoming ECNL/id2 National Camp that will be held in Portland, OR from July 28 to August 1.

Held annually and becoming the most elite girls identification event in the country, the ECNL/ID2 National Camp features approximately 90 of the nation’s top female youth soccer players.

Those players are invited for one weekend to participate in training and competition before US Soccer National Team staff. During the camp, the players have the opportunity to compete in front of top colleges from around the nation, are trained by some of the top youth coaches in the country, and learn from a series of off-field presentations from experts and former national team coaches and players.

The ECNL / id
2National Camp is free of charge for the players; the ECNL and Nike Soccer cover all of the costs associated with the camp, including hotel and ground transportation, meals, coaching, facilities, and equipment. The only cost for players is transportation to and from the camp.

"We are incredibly proud of Kendall," said Boca United Director of Coaching Eric Eichmann.  "She has worked hard all year long during practices and ECNL matches and her consistent play was clearly noticed by the scouts involved in selecting players for this prestigious ID camp."
